Service was excellent. And we live BBQ so it is not hard to win us over. The Mac and cheese was as good as my grandmas. . The hash and rice is tasty. The brisket is amazing. Definitely come try. But beware....they stay busy. Nice historical bbq stop.

Absolutely delicious! We tried everything without being disappointed. The collards were full of meat and flavor. The hash and rice were the best we've ever had. The chicken was juicy. The ribs fell off the bone as I ate them, and the rub was smoked with love. I think that's the secret ingredient!!

Great little bbq joint. I had the 3 meat combo with pork, chicken and ribs! The ribs were amazing! The pork and chicken were good too! The slaw and beans were good too! My father in law had the brisket and it was amazing! Highly recommend the brisket and ribs! They have great sweet tea too! Great little bbq restaurant!

Any time my husband and I are out this way, we make sure to stop here. The service is fantastic, and the employees know their stuff about the menu and are happy to assist and answer questions. My husband got the brisket, ribs with baked beans and coleslaw. The hushpuppies, were crisp and tasty. I got pulled pork, BBQ chicken with mac n cheese, beef hash and potato salad. I was definitely happy with my meal, I ran into one issue, which was the BBQ chicken was a bit over cooked, and they fixed it immediately by allowing me to choose a different meat from the menu, not for a single moment did they make me feel bad asking for something else. Every side dish was absolutely phenomenal, my husband and I were picking off eachothers plates the entire meal. The banana pudding was DELICIOUS! Just the right amount of banana, wafer cake & whipped topping. We will continue returning to eat here, thanks for the amazing service and delicious food.

A wonderful young lady named Laurel provides such A ...exemplary customer service. I had placed an order on Door Dash site but called to make a special request as it didn’t allow on the app . She answered the phone in such a happy and friendly fashion and was very kind in honoring my easy request. When I got to the restaurant I knew who she was immediately as I recognized her sweet voice as she was on the phone taking a very detailed to go order from another customer . Suffice it to state that Maurice’s is certainly lucky that she is in their employ. She represents very well!!! Nothing better than awesome customer service!!!
